How we ship
Making sure our chocolate looks as good on arrival as it does on our website is our top priority. To guarantee each order arrives in pristine condition, we package our chocolate in insulated shipping cartons filled with frozen ice packs, and recommend that customers choose the quickest shipping option possible. Please do not leave your delivered package outside in the heat. After unpacking the box your confections and store in a cool, dry place at 60–75°F. We produce ultra-premium products with no preservatives, so most of the confections are best enjoyed within 3-weeks.

"Ship Now" Selection
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days after being processed with a targeted delivery date as shown next to each available method.
"Ship Later" Selection
Norman Love Confections values customer service and tries to delivery your product on a custom date you select. You can select dates ahead of time to enjoy or gift your premium confections on the perfect day. We do our best to send the package at on the appropriate date based on the selected method to deliver a product at its peak freshness. Please select a delivery date based on this and allow for any extra time that might occur due to the upcoming holidays as well as any possible weather delays that might occur during the winter months.
All delivery dates provided are estimated, actual date of delivery may be impacted by our carriers.
Tracking and Receiving Your Order
After shipments have left the Norman Love Confections facility and are in FedEx ownership, Norman Love Confections is not liable for FedEx delivery timing. You will receive final confirmation via email with your FedEx tracking number once your order has been processed. You are able to track your order online after it has been scanned by FedEx on the day it is shipping or by clicking the tracking number provided in your email confirmation.
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after being processed unless a future date is requested. Once this has shipped it usually will be a two-day ship. The available dates of arrival for this method are typically Wednesday-Friday.
Fedex Standard Overnight
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after being processed unless a future date is requested. Once this has shipped it usually will be a one day ship with guaranteed afternoon delivery in most areas. The available dates of arrival for this method are typically Tuesday-Friday.
Fedex Home Delivery
This method is only available for select States from October - April. Please see the map below for details. Your order will ship within 3-5 after being processed, unless a future date is requested. Once this has shipped it usually will be 2-7 day ship, with the exception of Florida (south of the Panhandle) which will be a one-day ship. The available dates of arrival for this method are typically Monday-Saturday.

Once this has shipped it usually will be 2-7 day ship, with the exception of Florida (south of the Panhandle) which will be a one-day ship. Our shipping Policy
To ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using the industry’s newest technology, with crush-proof trays inside of insulated shipping boxes containing frozen gel packs.
Please provide a United States street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order as it must be signed for at delivery.
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped for Quality Control. If there is any issue or discrepancy upon receipt of your order, customer must contact Norman Love Confections via email for replacement or refund with pictures of shipping cartons bottom that shows the dimensions, top of shipping carton capturing the ship label and damage. These requests MUST be received within 3 days of delivery of the order. After 3 days of receipt, Norman Love Confections considers the shipment to be delivered and accepted with no issues, and no refunds or reships will be offered. To report issues or send photos of damaged product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to safety concerns for our customers, we cannot accept returned orders.
We will ship your order in an attempt to satisfy your requested delivery date, however we are not responsible for FedEx delays due to weather, mechanical failures, or other factors beyond their control. We recommend choosing a delivery date that is early enough to allow for delays. Norman Love Confections does not issue credit for FedEx delays.
When selecting a delivery date, especially for a gift, please keep in mind that all of our gourmet chocolates have a 3 week shelf-life.
Redirected or Refused Packages
When we are given incorrect or incomplete address information or if the shipper is asked to intercept a package in mid-delivery and redirect it to some other location, we incur additional charges from our shipping vendors and we have no choice but to pass those charges along to the customer. Also, if shipments are refused, we cannot guarantee that the confections will not be damaged. If you find a package was damaged while in transit, communicate the damage to the FedEx representative. The life span of ice packs is limited, please accept all shipments. We regret that we cannot extend our delivery guarantees when your package is delayed for these reasons.
