Norman Love named inaugural inductee of Dessert Professional Magazine’s Chocolatier Hall of Fame

Norman Love of Norman Love Confections will be the first chef chocolatier to be inducted into Dessert Professional Magazine’s Chocolatier Hall of Fame. Love will be inducted on Jan. 27 during a celebration and awards ceremony event that will also honor Dessert Professional Magazine’s 2015 Top Ten Chocolatiers in North America. Presented by Cacao Barry and Kerekes, the event will be held at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, and will feature the chocolate creations of the Top Ten Chocolatiers in North America honorees.
