The award-winning chocolatier and his staff have developed 10 valentine flavors that will be available Feb. 2 – 14: Rum Rampage features a torrent of tropical flavors with a touch of dark rum in dark bittersweet chocolate; Savage Spice blends spices and delicate marshmallow swirled into a delicious milk chocolate ganache; Wild Fire is a creamy milk chocolate ganache with a rush of heat from pure habanero; Peanut Butter Purr is the king of the collection, with purrrfectly paired peanut butter and marshmallow milk chocolate ganache; Berry Fierce blends wild berries bursting with flavor with smooth creamy yogurt and white chocolate; Passion Orange envelops deliciously tart passion fruit and fresh orange in white chocolate with a touch of vanilla; Sweet Stampede pairs freshly baked sugar cookies with creamy vanilla ganache; Caramel Banana Bite is a golden buttery caramel confection with fresh banana and milk chocolate; Cool Congo provides a refreshing wave of cool mint cookie, swimming in a rich dark chocolate ganache; and Dark Cherry Charge fuses tart fresh cherry and vanilla jam, sitting atop a deep dark chocolate ganache.
Each individual creation is handmade with the finest ingredients, no preservatives, and only the best quality chocolates, butter, spices, nuts, purees and flavors.
The custom-designed heart-shaped valentine’s gift boxes, filled with 10 heart-shaped pieces is $25 and a 24-piece assortment with heart-shaped and signature chocolates is $50. NLC’s famous green gift boxes feature the 10 2015 valentine flavors along with an assortment of NLC’s 36 signature flavors with a five-piece box for $13.25; 10-piece box for $23; 15-piece box for $33; 25-piece box for $48.50; and a 50-piece box for $95.

The Fort Myers, Estero and Naples chocolate salons are stylish retail shops with an intimate ambience in which customers may purchase chocolates or linger over house-made pastries, gourmet coffees, lattes and smoothies.
The Fort Myers Chocolate Salon, at 11380 Lindbergh Blvd., is open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The Miromar Outlets Salon, at Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and Corkscrew Road, which also serves gelato, is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The Naples Chocolate Salon, which also serves gelato at 3747 Tamiami Trail N. in Parkshore Centre, is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Artisan Gelato by Norman Love, at 11300 Lindbergh Blvd., Suite 112, off Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers, east of I-75, is open 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
