Sharing a Lil’ Love with Norman Love Confections to benefit Junior Achievement

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Aug. 3, 2012) – Mary and Norman Love are continuing their philanthropic generosity to raise money for local charities through Sharing a Lil’ Love with Norman Love Confections, a fundraising opportunity to benefit a different nonprofit organization every four months. Money raised from August through November will benefit Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida.

The brain child of their son, Ryan, Sharing a Lil’ Love with Norman Love Confections will donate $1 from specially marked boxes at both the Fort Myers and Naples chocolate salons as well as online at

Flavors currently featured in the Sharing a Lil’ Love boxes:

  • Pumpkin: like taking a bite of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving Day, enrobed in a white chocolate shell.
  • Devilishly Dark Chocolate: rich Venezuelan dark and milk chocolates blended with heavy cream and butter within a dark chocolate shell.
  • Candy Corn: a favorite fall candy blended into a creamy white chocolate ganache and wrapped in a white chocolate shell.
  • Peanut Caramel Apple: white chocolate filled with a layer of creamy peanut butter caramel and a layer of buttery tart granny smith apple ganache with a touch of cinnamon.
  • eanut Butter and Jelly: fresh strawberry jam and creamy peanut butter coated in Swiss milk chocolate.

“This is a perfect partnership,” said Anne Frazier, Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida president. “Norman Love is a wonderful example of an entrepreneur giving back to the community and an inspiration for students.”

Annually Norman Love Confections donates thousands of dollars worth of product and financial support to more than 250 nonprofit organizations, schools and churches in Lee and Collier counties.

Through a dedicated volunteer network, Junior Achievement provides in-school and after-school programs for students which focus on three key content areas: work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. For additional information, visit
