Our goal is to create gourmet white chocolate confections that are as delicious as they are beautiful. To do so, we use the finest Swiss chocolate, made from rare high altitude Venezuelan Criollo beans. We have selected this chocolate for its very delicate flavor and exquisite aroma. It contains pure cocoa butter and vanilla from pure beans – ingredients that the Swiss makers massage together and smooth over a 72 hour period with extraordinary attention to detail. The result is a white chocolate that is more luxurious and silky feeling to your palate, making it the perfect basis for our artistic endeavors.

Our chocolatiers will hand select a beautiful assortment of our freshest white chocolates, accompanied by dark, milk and gourmet chocolate truffles for every order regardless of box size, unless otherwise requested. When placing your order, especially as a gift for others, please note that all of our gourmet chocolates are preservative free with no more than a three week shelf life.
