Artisans create
hand-selected gift packages of two to 36 pieces each, confections with aromas

and more. Boxes of approximately 280 pieces each are excellent choices for
gatherings and corporate functions.
Our
world-recognized chocolates are preservative-free and created fresh each day,

"LOVE IS
IN THE AIR"
AT THE RITZ-CARLTON |
Ah, the scents.
Chocolate touched with the warm and familiar. Perfectly shaped confections with
centers of sweet surprises that tickle memories of playful times. Love is in
the air, and Lawrence McFadden put it there. The executive assistant manager of
food and beverage services for The Ritz-Carlton, Naples selected Norman Love
Confections as the exclusive provider of the beach resort's artisan bonbons, as
well as individual chocolates that are also available to purchase in the
Gourmet Shop.
Visitors to the
shop find classically designed edible art, but with traditional flavors inside,
an uncommon and winning combination. "Almost everyone wants to bring back
childhood memories, and Norman Love does that with flavors they recognize, such
as peanut butter and jelly, strawberry and banana cream. Even the packaging is
a visual treat."
McFadden's decision
to put Love in the air has special significance, for he is also a certified
master chef who holds six gold medals, earned as a member of the American team
in the prestigious Culinary Olympics. "I had great confidence in Norman's
culinary craft, that he would deliver a product that our customers would feel
comfortable with, and he has done that."

TO JOIN THE NLC TEAM |
Norman Love
Confections has welcomed chocolatier Chris Blue as the newest member of the
team. In his new position, Chris will support the production of the more than
35,000 pieces of handmade chocolates created each day.
Chris was most
recently associated with Chicago's Charlie Trotter's, regarded by many as one
of the finest restaurants in the world where he was responsible for after
dinner chocolates and petit fours. The Nebraska native is a graduate of The
French Pastry School in Chicago.

The Chocolate Salon
offers an intimate setting to enjoy the sweet life, with fresh pastries,
coffees, lattes and smoothies, along with the ultimate selection of chocolates
and chocolate specialties. It's a must-do chocolate experience open Monday
through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5
p.m.
