Our chocolatiers will hand select a beautiful assortment of our freshest dark chocolates, accompanied by milk, white and gourmet chocolate truffles for every order regardless of box size, unless otherwise requested. When placing your order, especially as a gift for others, please note that all of our gourmet chocolates are preservative free with no more than a three week shelf life.

Each of the five dark chocolates included in our BLACK selection represents one of the world's premium growing regions, from which its cocoa beans originated. Rare Criollo and Trinitario beans - the pinnacle of quality cocoa - were selected, allowing you to experience the distinct flavor of these top quality beans while comparing the subtleties of each region.

BLACK chocolates are further distinguished by a high cocoa mass, ranging from 74% to 64%, and they are a purely dark chocolate confection.
