Easter Eggs

Make your own hand-painted, truffle-filled Easter egg completely out of chocolate! This class will teach you how to paint into chocolate molds as well as cast them in chocolates to form your own hollow Easter egg. You will also make your own ganache-filled truffles to seal inside your egg. This class is only offered during the two weeks before Easter to provide you with a custom, one-of-a-kind creation to give to someone special, or to save for yourself!
