“Artistry in Chocolate, A Story of Love” is an 84-page coffee-table book filled with stunning photos of the glorious chocolates, pastries, gelato and other extravagant treats that have made Norman Love Confections an international favorite. Love tells the story of how he became a successful chocolatier and how his company operates. Longtime employees offer perspectives on what makes working with Love so special.
