FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 17, 2014) – For the second year in a row, Pastry Chef Denise Elliott, with Norman Love Confections, has won the Florida Pastry Challenge gold medal at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show’s American Culinary Federation Culinary Arts Competition in Orlando.
Elliott was honored with the prestigious award for her chocolate centerpiece based on this year’s theme, “Florida’s Farm to Table.”
